Ministry of Foreign Affairs presented "Belarus. Facts, 2012"
Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus presented another issue of the annual reference book “Belarus. Facts, 2012”.
The booklet “Belarus. Facts, 2012” is a presentation edition, that contains up-to-date information concerning all important sectors of life in our country.
The target audience of this publication includes the representatives of foreign political and business circles, the staff of state administration, science, culture and education bodies.
The booklet will be distributed abroad through diplomatic and consular missions of the Republic of Belarus during exhibitions, forums and bilateral meetings of the Belarusian diplomats.
The edition contains a DVD with information about the country in 9 languages (Russian, English, German, French, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, Italian and Polish).
Traditionally the disk has brief video about the Republic of Belarus.
This year the video “Belarus: One Day in Life” is made in spectacular time-lapse in motion technique. The film shows small fragments of life in modern Belarus. The story starts with a picture of early morning on a picturesque Belarusian lake, proceeds with daily life of the country and after the bright lights of evening city ends with night illumination of the National Library of Belarus. The video is accompanied by the original musical composition of a Belarusian composer.
