Order of participation in the work of the conference:
Working languages: Belarussian, Russian, English
To participate in the work of the Conference it is necessary to send a registration form and theses of reports till January 15, 2010 addressed to Organizing Committee. The applications sent later than the indicated date won’t be considered. The theses contents should answer the topic of the conference. The conference will be formed based on declared (oral and poster) reports. The conference theses will be published by the beginning of the conference. The original materials of a special interest formed according to Higher Attestation Commission demands, following the Organizing Committee recommendations will be published in the reviewed scientific proceedings “Plant Protection” №33.
Оrganizational fee for participation in the work of the conference:
for Belarussian participants -50000 Bel. rbl., (publication of conference materials, participant folder, coffee–brake;
for foreign participants -25 $ USD. Foreign participants pay the organizational fee by registration on coming to the conference.

Payment purpose – participation in the conference
Business tour payment including travelling and accommodation is done at the cost of participants in particular.

Formatting of report theses:
Leaf format: А5 (148-210 mm). Margins: upper – 15 mm; lower, left, right – 20 mm. Pages are not numbered. The text is printed through 1 interval. Print set: Times New Roman. Print size: authors –semi-bold 9 pt; UDC, organization name, аddress – italics 9 pt; article name – semi-bold by capital letters – 9 pt; main text – usual 10 pt; tables, footnotes – usual 9 pt; with single line space. Indention: 0,5 сm. Таbles, figures are inserted in the text by the first reference.

Theses structure:

• UDC ( in the left upper corner);
• Initials and author surnames (in the middle);
• Institution, address, country (in the middle);
• Name (in the middle);
• Material statement.

Application for participation, the materials of not more than 3 pages should be presented to the Organizing Committee not later than January 15, 2010 in one copy with all the authors signatures; the electronic variant on diskette or E-mail. The authors are fully responsible for the contents and rightness of design. The articles stating the research results should have an expert conclusion on possibility of their publication in open press. On getting the application form from the participants of the conference and the theses for publication the second announcement and the conference program will be sent.
