Agriculture and Plant Protection Scientific-practical journal "Agriculture and Plant Protection". Full text of the new issue 2013 в„–5. Publishes the research findings in the field of agronomy and plant protection. The journal is the source of the newest research results for scientists, lectures of agarian universities and colleges, agricultural managers, inspections on plant quarantine and protection, agricultural enterpises, farmers, and gardeners.
Visby Programme Visby Programme for PhD and post-doctoral studies in Sweden. The program is targeted at candidates from the following countries: Belarus, Estonia, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Russia, and Ukraine. Its main objective is to strengthen cooperation and network building between those countries and Sweden in the fields of higher education and research. The scholarship application must be submitted between 2 December 2013 and 15 January 2014.

Global Forum and Expo on Family Farming Global Forum and Expo on Family Farming. Family farming plays a central role in achieving global and local food security, as well as in ensuring sustainable use of natural resources. That is why the UN declared 2014 as the International Year of Family Farming. The Ministry of Rural Development of Hungary, in cooperation with FAO, is organizing the "Global Forum and Expo on Family Farming" to be held in Budapest, on 4-7 March 2014, as a key event for the International Year.
